2 lbs ground beef
1 c oatmeal
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ c chopped onion
2 beaten eggs
1 c milk
Mix with hands & shape into balls. Place on a cookie sheet
(w/lip).
Make Sauce
2/3 c ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
Spoon over meatloaf bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
