Steak Marinade

1/2 c soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp season all
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

mix together in ziploc and marinate steaks for 30 min or longer
