Plain Homemade Granola
2 cups large flake oats (not quick oats)
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir all ingredients together. Spread on to cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cool then store in an airtight container.
