3/4 c. Buttermilk
1 4oz can Green Chilies
1/2 c. Cilantro
1 Tomatillo
1/2 tsp Lime Juice
dash Cayenne Pepper
1 c. Mayo
1 clove Garlic
1/2 Jalepeno
1 tsp Salt
dash Tabasco
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
Combine in blender and mix until smooth.
Version 2 - I haven't tried this one yet... but it has fewer ingredients!
2 tomatillos - chopped
1 Jalapeno - no seeds - chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 pkg Ranch Dressing Mix
8 oz sour cream
Combine in blender and mix until smooth.
Version 2 isn't as good as the first. The flavors don't pop as much and the sour cream is the dominant flavor. The buttermilk recipe is way better!
