8 oz Cream cheese - cut up
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
½ cup butter or margarine (I only use 1/4 cup)
½ cup milk (add more if recipe sauce is too thick)
Optional additions -
8 oz Fettuccine; cooked and drained
Grilled Chicken
In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
Use as a dipping sauce for bread sticks or toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
