Avocado Caprese Skillet Chicken



4 Avocado
1/3 cup Basil ribbons
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
2 Vine ripened tomatoes, medium
3 tbsp Balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 oz fresh mozzarella, fresh cut into slices
2 (10 - 11 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied and halved

Cook chicken in spices and oil. Top with tomatoes, avocado, mozzarella, basil and balsamic.
