1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 cups oats (pulse in blender)
1 cup Adams all-natural no stir peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup - 1 cup mix ins (mini chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts)
1/8 cup hemp seeds
1/8 cup chai seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of sea salt
use a 2" cookie scoop to make balls and refrigerate for one week
