Instant Pot Mac & Cheese

1 box elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp butter
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup 1/2 & 1/2

put noodles, butter, broth in pressure cooker.  Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes and quick release.  Stir in 1/2 & 1/2 and cheeses.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
